Terms of Service

Refunds, cancellations and remedies are provided in accordance with the terms below and your statutory rights.

Audios and Digital Content – Where digital audio content is supplied immediately, you will be asked at checkout to expressly consent to receiving the digital content during the 14-day cancellation period and to acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel will end once supply of the digital content begins.

Once the digital content has been supplied or downloading has begun, refunds are not available simply because you have changed your mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise does not meet the requirements of applicable consumer law, please contact us by email so that we can provide an appropriate remedy.

Personalised & Bespoke Inner Harmony – Personalised and Bespoke Inner Harmony Sound Journeys include an individually created service as well as delivery of the completed digital recording and accompanying materials.

For Personalised Inner Harmony, the creative service begins once your completed questionnaire has been received, you have expressly asked Amanda to begin work, and the information required to create your individual Sound Journey has been provided.

For Bespoke Inner Harmony, you may cancel before your one-to-one creative consultation and receive a full refund. The one-to-one consultation forms part of the Bespoke service. If you cancel after the consultation has taken place, an amount proportionate to the part of the service already provided may be retained.

The creative work on your Bespoke Inner Harmony Sound Journey begins following your one-to-one consultation once you have expressly asked Amanda to begin creating your individual Sound Journey.

If you ask for the creative service to begin during your statutory 14-day cancellation period, you will be asked to expressly request that work begins during this period.

If you exercise a statutory right to cancel after the creative service has begun but before it has been fully completed, you may be required to pay an amount proportionate to the service already provided up to the point at which you notify us of your cancellation.

Once the creative service has been fully performed, your statutory right to cancel the service may end where you expressly requested that work begin during the cancellation period and acknowledged that you would lose your right to cancel once the service had been fully performed.

This does not affect your statutory rights where the service or completed digital content does not meet the requirements of applicable consumer law.

Private Calls / Sessions – If you need to cancel or reschedule a private appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice wherever possible so that the appointment can be offered to another client. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice may be refunded or rescheduled.

Where less than 24 hours' notice is given, the session fee may be non-refundable. Any decision to waive a cancellation fee or offer an alternative appointment is at the discretion of Find Your Inner Harmony. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Programmes - Refund and cancellation terms for programmes will be stated on the relevant programme information or purchase page. Where a programme includes digital content supplied immediately, the cancellation provisions relating to digital content set out above may also apply. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Any cancellation or refund request, or query relating to faulty digital content, should be submitted by email.

Digital products and materials are delivered electronically using the delivery method stated at the time of purchase or in your purchase confirmation.

If you experience any difficulty accessing your purchase, please contact us and an alternative access method will be provided where appropriate.

Inner Harmony In the Moment & Collections

When you purchase an individual Inner Harmony Sound Journey or an Inner Harmony Collection, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and enjoy the recording(s) for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Without prior written permission, you must not:

1. reproduce, copy, modify or adapt the Sound Journey, in whole or in part;
2. distribute, share, forward, upload, publish or otherwise make it available to any third party, including through social media, websites, file-sharing services or other platforms;
3. sell, licence, transfer or otherwise commercially exploit it;
4. use any part of the music, lyrics, words or recording in another work, recording, product or service; or
5. use it for commercial, promotional or public performance purposes.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the Sound Journey, the recording, lyrics, words or any underlying intellectual property rights to you.

Personalised & Bespoke Inner Harmony

Personalised and Bespoke Inner Harmony Sound Journeys are created specifically around the information, intentions and experiences you share. Their personalised nature does not transfer ownership of the finished Sound Journey, recording, lyrics, words or underlying creative work or intellectual property to you.

Personalised and Bespoke Inner Harmony Sound Journeys include one reasonable adjustment where required. Any request for an adjustment must be made within 7 days of delivery of the completed Sound Journey.

The adjustment is intended to refine the existing Sound Journey and does not include creating a completely new piece or substantially changing the original information, intention or creative direction provided.

They are provided for your own personal, non-commercial use and are subject to the same restrictions set out above.

You may listen to and enjoy your Personalised or Bespoke Inner Harmony Sound Journey for your own personal use, but without prior written permission you may not copy, modify, share, distribute, upload, publish, sell, licence, transfer, commercially exploit or incorporate any part of it into another work, recording, product or service.

Amanda Brooks and Find Your Inner Harmony accept no responsibility or liability for:

• Any outcomes resulting from the use of this website or services
• Any loss, injury, or damages (physical, emotional, financial, or otherwise)
• The use or misuse of any information provided
