If you are not satisfied with your purchase, refunds will be provided under the following conditions:

• Audios – Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase. Only one item may be refunded per customer. For multiple purchases, the lowest-priced item will be refunded.
• Private Calls / Sessions – Non-refundable.
• Programmes (including Releasing and/or Harmony Transmissions) – Refundable within 3 days from the start of the programme.

All refund requests must be submitted by email within the timeframes stated above.

All audio products are delivered digitally via automatic download links.

If you experience any issues with delivery, an alternative access link will be sent within 3 days.
